These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of capitolclothingrecyclers.us and any purchase you make from Capitol Clothing Recyclers Store, operated by CAPITOL CLOTHING RECYCLERS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

All items sold by Capitol Clothing Recyclers are pre-loved, recycled, or upcycled garments. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal — all processed securely through PayPal. A single flat sales tax rate of 6% applies to every order and is displayed at checkout before payment. Your order is confirmed when payment is captured and a confirmation email is sent to you.

4. Promotions & Coupon Codes

Use code RECYCLE10 at checkout for 10% off orders of $50 or more. Excludes Outerwear & Jackets. Cannot be combined with other offers. Valid through September 19, 2026. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. No restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Accuracy

All items are pre-loved and may have minor signs of prior wear. We disclose any notable condition issues on each product page. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. We do our best to ensure descriptions are accurate, but pre-loved items may differ slightly from photographs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by CAPITOL CLOTHING RECYCLERS, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capitol Clothing Recyclers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
