We want you to love every piece you purchase from Capitol Clothing Recyclers Store. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and issue refunds for customers within the United States. You have a 30-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed since receipt
• In the same condition as when you received them
• Free of new odors, stains, or damage
• Accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip

How to Return an Item — 5 Steps

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We respond within one business day with a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original condition with tags attached.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable method and retain your tracking number.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. The full price of the returned item is refunded once it is received and inspected; only the original outbound shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or wrong item: We pay for return shipping in full. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos to [email protected]. We cover return shipping for defective items and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain accessories and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
