No — we ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Standard shipping takes 4–9 business days total (1–2 handling + 3–7 transit). Expedited takes 3–5 business days. Overnight delivers in 1–2 business days when ordered before 12:00 PM ET.
Yes! Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in the US. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal — all processed securely through PayPal. We never store your card information.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships (typically within 1–2 business days). You can also use our Track Order page to look up your shipment.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. There is no restocking fee. Email [email protected] to start your return.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Yes. Every item passes our 12-point quality check and is professionally cleaned before listing. We disclose any notable wear on the product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
Pre-loved means the item has been previously owned and worn. We source from estate sales, donation centers, and local collections, then restore each piece to near-new condition through our inspection and cleaning process.
Yes. All items are authentic and accurately described on the product page, including any condition notes. What you see is what you get.
We don't process direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund (within 30 days) and place a new order for the item you want.
