BUDD MAKES BUDDIES started with a small annoyance: the tee wall in every store is the same handful of stock graphics, reprinted in a different colour.
The same recycled slogans, printed by everyone, remembered by no one.
Artwork that starts cracking a few washes in.

So we drew buddies instead — bears, kangaroos, capybaras and a few hundred friends — printed to order, one tee at a time, in sizes S through 5XL.

What makes a Budd tee
Three things we decided not to compromise on.
Characters, not clip art
Every drop starts as a character with a name and a mood, drawn to sit properly on a chest print — not a stock graphic stretched to fill space.
Printed when you order
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted. Each tee is printed after you order it, which is why handling takes 1-2 business days before it ships.

The same artwork, scaled to sit right on every size in the range — so nobody in the group photo has to settle for a different design.

Drawn by people who actually wear them
It is the tee you wore twice. The print went chalky in the wash, the collar gave up before the second summer, and the graphic was something you had already seen on three other people that month. It is still in the drawer, because throwing it out feels wasteful. So it sits there, taking up room.
We run the shop out of BOCA RATON, FL, registered as CAPITOL CLOTHING RECYCLERS, LLC, and we ship to all fifty states.
What we make is narrower than it looks: animal buddies with actual personality, drawn one at a time, then printed on demand so we are never sitting on a pallet of leftovers nobody wanted. If a design does not earn its place on a chest, it does not get drawn twice.
